This is a time saver program. It requires the BARE MINIMUM time in the gym in my opinion: 2 days of lifting. It also uses antagonistic (opposing muscle groups) super sets to save you precious time in the gym. It covers the broadest range of resistance profiles to get your whole body strong with the LEAST amount of exercises and time.

This is program is suitable for beginners looking to make progress with the bare essentials or intermediates looking to maintain (or make a little progress).

Exercise Selection and Resistance Profiles have been carefully chosen to hit the entire body to build a strong, well rounded athlete. In addition, no fancy exercises or high barrier to entry skills are included. It's easy to pick up the program and get to work straight away.

Progessive Overload is the name of the game and it is explained in depth how to progress on this program in a comprehensive HOW-TO GUIDE.
